Steve Ollason was raised in Albuquerque, NM, graduating from La Cueva High School. He attended the University of New Mexico and graduated with dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry in 2009. He received his dental education at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated with a D.D.S. in 2013. Outside of being a dentist, Dr. Steve loves the outdoors and really enjoys playing sports, including soccer, golf, tennis, and snowboarding. Steve’s wife Janel is a nurse and they love to travel. They recently welcomed their baby boy Camden who will turn 1 in February.
Dr. Steve believes that he can make a difference in patients’ lives by offering the patient opportunity to be active in their treatment decision process, educating them as to how they can maintain a healthy smile for life and help patients have not only a healthy mouth but a healthy body. Dr. Steve has great respect for his profession and spends countless hours studying, taking continuing education courses and applying the advances of dentistry. He strives for perfection in all he does.
Marie has been working in the field of dentistry since 1985. She enjoys getting to know our patients and the opportunity dentistry provides to connect with many people. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Albuquerque in 2003 to be closer to her granddaughter. She has 2 children a stepson and 5 grandchildren. Marie enjoys spending time with her golden retriever Sadie, terrier Buddy and rag doll kitten Annie.
As office manager she oversees the employees, as well as billing, insurance, treatment plans, scheduling and payroll.
Sandra has been a dental hygienist for 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and teaches at the Dental Hygiene school. She has been instructing dental hygiene students since she graduated. Sandra has spent the majority of her years as a hygienist working with dental implant patients. Even after all these years, Sandra still enjoys practicing dental hygiene and teaching it. Her other interests include hiking, skiing, her miniature Dachshund and food of course!
Michelle was raised in Northern Virginia and attended Northern Virginia Community College, where she earned an Associate’s of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2008, and enjoys interacting with patients. Prior to her dental hygiene career, she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Weber State University in Utah. Michelle worked in finance for eight years before pursuing a profession in dental. She has 2 active boys, Noah and Jonah. Michelle’s interests include hiking, biking, yoga, watching sports, and supporting her boys in club soccer.
Katty was born in Anaheim, California. She moved with her parents to Albuquerque 2 years after she was born. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a Certified Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field since 2013. She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. Katty enjoys spending time with her daughter Emily and her husband Jorge. She also enjoys doing arts and crafts.
Raeann graduated from PIMA Medical Institute as Certified Dental Assistant. She has been working in the dental field since 2002. She was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico and then moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1999. She enjoys getting the opportunity to meet and help the patients through their treatment. Raeann enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include collecting teddy bears, playing sand volleyball, and watching TV. She is a Chicago Bears fan.
Jan was raised in a suburb of Indianapolis, Indiana. She began her dental career in 1992, working as a dental assistant, while splitting her time between the front and back office. She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1997 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. She was a recipient of the Johnson and Johnson Public Health Award. Her first job as a dental hygienist was working for a periodontist. That’s where she learned the importance of working closely with the patient and encouraging them to take necessary steps to improve their oral and overall general health. She loves it when a patient becomes motivated to make changes in their habits and when the patient can see and feel the results of those changes. She later obtained her second degree, from the Indiana Institute of Technology. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration and graduated with honors in 2004. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy and their two dogs. They all enjoy hiking and spending time with friends.
Stephanie Galindre- Flores is a native New Mexican. She graduated from West Mesa High School and PIMA Medical Institute. She has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant since 1989. She takes pride in providing her patients a relaxed and comfortable environment so they always have a positive dental experience. Steph’s favorite part of her job is giving someone confidence in their smile. She strives for a higher standard of dental care and she enjoys listening and serving her patients and finds their trust to be a very rewarding part of her day. She is passionate about educating her patients about their oral health in order to empower them to take control of their dental care.
Outside of work, Steph really enjoys exercising to Zumba and Zumba Strong classes. She is considering getting Certified in Zumba Strong. She is married to Pat and they have a son, Eric. She enjoys spending time with them and their 3 dogs, and 2 cats.
