General Dentistry Services
We offer a full range of general and restorative dental services for your entire family. Good oral health always starts with regular check-ups and cleanings, which help prevent more serious – and costly – problems.
We’re glad to create a cleaning plan based on your specific dental needs and your schedule. During your check-ups, we get to know you and discuss any concerns you have about your teeth or your smile. If you need restorative services or would like cosmetic services, we’ll create a customized plan for those services, review it with you, and answer any questions you have.
- Bridges – A bridge is a common procedure that replaces decayed or missing teeth. The bridge is designed specifically to fit your mouth and is not removable.
- Cleanings and check-ups – Regular cleanings and check-ups are important parts of an active prevention program. During your check-up, Dr. Montoya conducts a complete exam of your teeth, gums, tongue, and more. He takes the time to fully diagnose your dental problems rather than simply addressing your symptoms. Our gentle dental technicians clean your teeth thoroughly and take X-rays as needed.
- Crowns – Restore broken, badly decayed, or weak teeth to a normal shape and size with a crown, which is often made of porcelain, gold, or ceramic.
- Dentures – Partial or full dentures replace missing teeth and help improve your overall health and appearance. We also offer denture maintenance.
- Implants and implant crowns – A dental implant substitutes for the root portion of a lost natural tooth. An implant crown or bridge is affixed to the implant so that you have a complete, comfortable, and healthy bite.
- TMJ and myofacial pain – When your teeth are out of balance they can cause damage to the TMJ (temporomandibular joint) and the teeth, gums, and muscles that allow you to open and close your mouth, speak, and chew. We can evaluate how your teeth come together and help resolve your pain.
- Fillings – When you have a cavity, we fix it with a filling made of either porcelain or tooth-colored resin. We make the process as painless and quick as possible!
- Root canal therapy – Root canal therapy involves removing painful infected nerves from a tooth so that we can restore it and preserve its function.
If you need other more extensive dental procedures, Dr. Montoya will refer you to a talented specialist — periodontist, endodontist, or orthodontist — who will work with Dr. Montoya to resolve your dental problem.
